The resorts restaurants will include dining experiences ranging from personalized fine dining in the Cellar Room, to European and local fares in the Mediterranean Cafe, exquisite Sashimi at the Sushi Bar, Cognacs at the Library Bar or open fire "Lechon" grills with Tequila shots in the after hours Tapas Bar. The Pool bar sits on level two adjacent to the infinity pool with truly inspirational views of Mount Mayon.
